Justin represents these values daily. He’s quick with a joke, but he takes his job seriously. When it comes to caring for our space, he works hard behind the scenes to tackle any issue before it causes further problems. Beyond that, he is always willing to help his fellow Cultivators even before they have to ask.
Justin’s coworkers nominated him for this award; here are some of the things they had to say:
“When the building lost power, Justin was the calming presence. He did whatever was necessary to make sure we all had what we needed to get our work done.”
“Justin’s impact on FARM has been impossible to miss, from everything he’s done on a daily basis with sanitizing surfaces due to COVID-19 regulations to maintaining our property to random fixes in the building.”
