FARM just keeps on growing! We are excited to announce four new Cultivators we have recently added to our team in the areas of channel strategy and account service.
Barbara Mende
Barbara is our new director of channel strategy. Barbara anticipated the shift from traditional to digital media and hopped on board years ago. She understands media strategies in real time and helps clients understand digital channels and their worth. Barbara will strategize and implement omnichannel campaigns, understanding the impact across all channel platforms and positioning our clients to effectively engage with their targeted audiences.
When Barbara isn’t thinking strategically or engaging in self-proclaimed “data geek” behavior, you will find her taking pictures, antique shopping, or trying out a new recipe.
Welcome, Barbara, and feel free to share those recipes with your fellow Cultivators. We love to cook and eat at FARM!
Dana Santasiero
Dana is FARM’s newest account executive. She will be serving several of our local clients, which is appropriate because she hails from Lancaster and also went to a local college. In fact, Dana used to work for one of these clients (Tops Friendly Markets) back in high school. Dana has vast experience supporting a variety of clients both large and small, across the non- and for-profit sectors.
An enthusiastic gardener, Dana started her own podcast about all things plants and is also an avid runner, creating a local running club in her free time. Her favorite running partner is her dog, Randy, the newest addition to FARM’s fur-family!

Leanne Maloney
Leanne joins FARM as a Senior Project Manager. Leanne loves details and planning which is surely a part of what makes her shine as a project manager. Leanne thrives in logistical environments and her focus at FARM will be to organize, manage, and execute client projects optimizing each clients’ brand. Leanne has experience across many industries including automotive, banking, energy, retail, healthcare, and travel.
Leanne is a volleyball coach, has served on the alumni board at Mount St. Mary Academy and enjoys running, boating, traveling, making lists and event planning, or just hanging out with her dog Smokey.
Welcome Leanne, we hear you have organized several 5K’s, we may just have you organize a 5K race for FARM employees!
Cassandra (Cassi) Migliore
Cassi comes to FARM as our newest Digital Marketing Specialist. Cassi has a triple degree (we love over achievers) from Canisius College. Cassi is very interested in the customer experience behind the content, website development and search engine optimization so she can dive deeper into exactly what people are looking for and customer behavior (one of those degrees is in psychology). Her favorite areas within the digital space area are brand development and content creation. She began her digital marketing career in social media, so she is also very familiar with creating a voice for a brand.
When Cassi isn’t working hard in all things digital, she enjoys cooking, shopping, reading, and cuddling up with her rescue cat Sasha!
