Brady holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA with a concentration of Strategic Marketing Management from Niagara University.

Bryan’s personal, yet practiced approach is the hallmark of his business acumen, guiding clients through research projects, marketing campaigns, and strategic planning for more than a decade.
A self-anointed “data geek,” Bryan’s rabid affinity for charts, graphs, and spreadsheets serves as the foundation for converting complex research and compelling intelligence into go-forward business strategy. To complement his critical thinking, Bryan brings the steady discipline to ensure that both FARM and Pathfinder stay on course in pursuit of consistent and sustainable growth for their partners.
Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in communications arts and a minor in advertising communications from Gannon University. He also earned a master’s degree in media management from Syracuse University.

Strategic planner, seasoned researcher, business consultant, interactive maven, media guru, and PR pro are a lot of titles to squeeze onto a business card. Sometimes it’s easier to say “Vice President” and call it a day. Not that we want to diminish Jeff’s cross-functional expertise with a more comprehensive label. We would just rather spend the bulk of our time putting his experience to work for you.
A lifelong baseball fanatic, Jeff knows a thing or two about combining raw data with predictive analytics to get results. Immersing himself in numerous forms of research—from media and syndicated to primary and secondary—he can unearth relevant and actionable insights to develop a game plan for long-term success, no matter how your market evolves.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Political Studies from Allegheny College.

Jill began her career with FARM as a college intern and, always knowing when to spot an opportunity for long-term growth, she’s still here 14 years later. It’s the passion Jill exudes at the agency that gets new clients excited to work with us and keeps long-standing partners coming back for more.
While Jill’s expertise is concentrated in financial services and insurance, she works with teams across the agency to ensure that our clients are happy and achieving the results they expect from our partnership. More than a skilled relationship manager, Jill provides strategic direction—from planning through implementation—of clients’ marketing campaigns while maintaining a watchful eye for new ways businesses can better engage their audience.
A rock star mother of three, Jill enthusiastically dedicates her last remaining bursts of energy to serve on the Professional Insurance Marketing Association Board of Directors and the American Cancer Society Board of Advisors for Western New York.
Sure, Larry may have the owner title next to his name, but when you shake his hand, you’ll quickly realize that he’s a pretty regular guy. Smart, personable, charitable—he’s got it all. What’s the secret to his success? His relentless drive. You’ll see it in the office with his passionate leadership, and in the gym when he’s tossing around tires the size of golf carts. So maybe he’s not that regular after all.
An inspiring communicator for more than 30 years, Larry has evolved from broadcasting executive to the current owner of FARM (formerly SKM Group). FARM, a name reflective of Robb’s home in the bucolic community of Eden, New York, and symbolic of how the agency helps clients and local charities thrive. “I love helping anything or anybody grow,” he says. “It is deeply satisfying to me.”
Adding co-ownership of Pathfinder to his dance card, Larry continues to foster a spirited and industrious environment where his staff at both companies can make a powerful and lasting impact on every client.

Matt is our agency twofer: a Creative Director whose words sing off the page, and a two-time former FARM client who understands that those words mean nothing without a sound business strategy behind them.
In addition to Matt’s creative background, his extensive experience as a Strategic Marketing and Branding Director on the client side ensures that our work is shaped by research and insights, voiced appropriately, and measured by our clients’ definition of success. As the leader of our Creative Team, Matt is responsible for much more than things that look and sound terrific. Often starting with the audience’s perspective and working backwards, Matt collaborates with his team on translating product positioning and key differentiators into compelling content that achieves response and engagement—not just agency awards.
When he’s not busy making other people look good, Matt enjoys cooking, reading, and being remorselessly beaten at checkers by his six-year-old son, Wylie.
