Recognizing Our Cultivators for Their Dedication to FARM and Our Clients
1 Minute Read
Each quarter, FARM recognizes one of our employees for exceeding expectations and exemplifying our core values. We’re thrilled to send a very big (virtual) congratulations to our 2020 Q3 Cultivator Award winner, Jason Hughes! As a reminder, our core values are:
Do the Right Thing
Make an Impact
Exploring both halves of his “Creative Director” title in equal measure, Jason combines his knowledge of brand strategy and development with the passion and boundless thinking of an artist to help create compelling and visually stunning communications for our clients and agency. Notable within the talents he brings to FARM, Jason’s curiosity and enthusiastic pursuit of stones unturned fuel work that feels fresh and unexpected, while remaining true to our clients’ core brand values. Among the things we miss about Jason while working remotely are his sticky-note laden brainstorm sessions, inhuman penchant for chicken wings, and his willingness to retrieve out-of-reach items from high places. Thankfully, his good design principles still translate over video conference.
Here’s what Jason’s coworkers and one of our clients had to say about him:
“Being an artistic designer is an incredible quality, but being a smart marketer too makes a person really unique.” – Nomination
“He’s never willing to settle for the status quo or just rinse and repeat. He goes the extra mile, he does the research, and he’s always learning.” – Nomination
“I can’t tell you how proud I am of the work your team put together for the rebrand. Our team recognizes how you ‘get’ our vision of the new brand and understand how to make it work.” – Client
Please join us in congratulating Jason on a job well done.
