So, when developing a new television commercial, we wanted to convey the stability and expertise of a 126-year-old community bank without abandoning the warm and welcoming voice that distinguishes Lake Shore Savings from some of their larger competitors. By featuring a range of customers—along with an actual bank employee—Lake Shore Savings president Daniel Reininga voiced how the bank has the technology and personal touch to help put customers on the path toward achieving their financial goals.
