Each quarter, FARM recognizes one of our employees for exceeding expectations and exemplifying our core values. We’re thrilled to send a very big (virtual) congratulations to our 2020 Q2 Cultivator Award winner, Kaity Augustyniak! As a reminder, our core values are:
Do the Right Thing
Make an Impact
Kaity works on our agency marketing and new business development team. Even from the comfort of her own home these last few months, Kaity has been instrumental in securing new business. Her thinking and organizational skills have been invaluable when looking to put our best foot forward with prospects. Beyond these responsibilities, Kaity continues to prove herself as a champion of the agency. Keeping us all sane when we hosted the 2020 American Advertising Awards, while simultaneously launching a brand refresh, and helping to develop a robust marketing strategy to further tell FARM’s story during a pandemic. Kaity truly is the glue that has been keeping us all together.
A few of Kaity’s fellow Cultivators chimed in on the praise:
“She’s accountable, driven, sees the big picture, is completely reliable, and the tougher the situation, the more grace she seems to find in handling it.” – Jillian Cascarino, Strategic Story Director.
“The best time to prove yourself is when things are the toughest. Kaity does just that and makes all of our work better.” – Bryan LeFauve, CEO.
Please join us in congratulating Kaity on a job well done.
