Although every touchpoint is a sales message, not every one needs to be a “closer.” That’s why we developed a journey map and creative content for a lead nurturing email campaign promoting Truist’s Premier Banking program. Emails were triggered based on actions customers took on the Truist website and their engagement with interactive features (e.g., taking a quiz) within our emails. Everything was built and executed to help educate readers on program benefits, assess their personal needs, and move them down the sales funnel toward conversion.
